The kitchen, the menu and the signature of the first Firedeck restaurants are being developed together with Mike Süsser — starting at Dachsteinkönig, as the foundation for every house that follows.
An evening in two chapters.
A kitchen that takes every dish seriously: carefully sourced produce, cooked to the point in the Firedeck oven. The early evening belongs to the whole family, the late seating grows more intimate.
Your table at Firedeck.
Online booking opens with the restaurant. Guests with a confirmed stay can reserve in advance via the Familux app or our reservations team.
